Iran Deal Debacle Exposed an Important Truth

email Email
Senator Richard Blumenthal--one of 10 Jewish Democrats who supported the Iran Deal

There is very little to celebrate in the failure of Congress to block the president’s disastrous Iran deal, but at least the outcome should put to rest the pernicious charge that “Zionists” or Jews control American politics.

Though major Jewish organizations worked passionately to defeat this deal, they failed completely—even with Jewish members of Congress. Of the 29 self-identified Jews in the House and Senate, 19 of them—or nearly two-thirds—voted with Obama, not with the State of Israel. Republicans stood unanimously against the deal, so all of these pro-administration votes were from Democrats, whose deepest commitment isn’t to Jewish faith or love of Israel, but to liberalism, their true religion.

Media coverage never mentioned that all Jewish representatives in Congress—28 Democrats and 1 Republican—amount to just 5.4% of the House and Senate, giving the lie to the toxic old claim (by Pat Buchanan) that Capitol Hill is “Israeli Occupied Territory.”

Could someone please explain to me Why Jewish people would vote against Israel? I really don’t understand this.

They worship at the church of secularism, not pro “any” religious faith. They, as Jew’s, are self effacing and refuse to acknowledge evil, but instead hate all conservative principles by which the current state of Israel is ruled. They are Jews in name only.

Because they believe that it is in the best interest of Israel. Despite what Medved states here, there are many different ways to view the deal.

Gene and JD are both right in their own way. When Gene says that many Jews support the Iran deal because “they believe that it is in the best interest of Israel,” he is correct.
But the reason they believe so is that they are looking through rose-tinted glasses.
An objective person looking at the behavior and stated aims of the Iranian government would realize that they are not going to give up their drive for nuclear weapons. How would that help them destroy Israel and kill all the Jews?
For most secular liberals and progressives, the evidence is secondary; what matters is ideology.

Actually, Jews are imposters to the Ancient Israelites and to the lands of the Palestinians (Palestine). Most Jews have no Israelite or Yahudi blood they simply masquerade as being related to the Ancient Israelites of the Scriptures, and ignorant Christians just let them. It is Judaism the religion (Talmud and Kabala) that makes them Jews. A true Israelite is a person that keeps the Covenant, Deut. 4:2-22 (the 10 Commandments).

Most Jews living on the “stolen Palestinian land” of the State called Israel have never been Covenant keepers (except for a small Karaite minority), so they are not “true” Israelites. The word Jew(s) is not found in Scriptures. It is an English word substituted for the Hebrew word “Yahudim.” The word Yahudim simply means a dweller in Yahud, the ancient Southern Kingdom belonging to 2.5 tribes of ancient Israel.

The word Yahudim comes from the word Yahudah, the name of one of the Biblical 12 tribes of Israel and means “let “YHWH be praised.” Jews do not use the name YHWH, the name of the Sovereign Almighty Power of the Hebrew Scriptures, and do not follow His Scriptural directives for righteousness. The word Jew(s) means nothing, except to many it has come to be a very degenerative word thanks to the likes of Netanyahu, and the treatment of their Palestinian neighbors….the rightful habitants of the land and likely also remnants of the ancient Israeites.

Jews in America are seeing the “hand writing” on the wall, and recognize that Iran is a Sovereign State. Continued pressure on Iran may mean an end to the Impostor State of Israel by way of war. That of course will not be of benefit to the imposter Jewish State.

Jewish people have been taking actions against what was in their best interests for thousands of years because they were always going against their God. They did that now by having their representatives in the House and Senate support the Iran deal. Look at how they support abortion and gay marriage. They are always defying their God.

One should be careful about saying ALWAYS. When you say that you are almost always wrong.

Remember the golden calf when Moses came down carrying the tablets.

Hey, Greg, in the U.S. the statute of limitations is seven years for almost all crimes. Shouldn’t there be such a limit on blaming people for what their ancestors did over 3000 years ago?

    a. Tell them, “His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we slept”: This cover-up attempt shows the darkness of these priests. They knew the truth of the resurrection, yet they rejected that truth.

    i. A large sum of money: “The Greek is literally ‘sufficient money’ – it would need to be large!” (France)

    b. While we slept: The cover-up also shows their foolishness. If it was true that the guards were asleep, they could not know that it was His disciples that stole the body of Jesus.

    i. To believe this, we have to believe:

    · All the soldiers were asleep – all of them!
    · All the soldiers violated the strict law of the Roman military against sleeping on watch, punishable by death.
    · All the soldiers slept so deeply that none of them were awakened by the work and exertion and noise necessary to roll away the stone and carry out the body.
    · All the soldiers were so soundly asleep – yet they knew who it was who did this.

ii. Clarke rightly comments, “Here is a whole heap of absurdities.”

    c. This saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day: Through the years, there have been many objections suggested to the resurrection of Jesus. Some say He didn’t die at all, but just swooned or fainted on the cross and spontaneously revived in the tomb. Others say He really died, but His body was stolen. Still others suggest He really died, but His desperate followers hallucinated His resurrection. A plain, simple understanding of these evidences of the resurrection of Jesus answers all of these theories, and shows they take far more faith to believe than the Biblical account does.

    i. “I suppose, brethren, that we may have persons arise, who will doubt whether there was ever such a man as Julius Caesar, or Napoleon Bonaparte; and when they do, – when all reliable history is flung to the winds, – then, but not till then, may they begin to question whether Jesus Christ rose from the dead, for this historical fact is attested by more witnesses than almost any other fact that stands on record in history, whether sacred or profane.” (Spurgeon)
