A Most Dangerous Man, is A most dangerous movie to waste your time and money on.
Even Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s great acting and heavy smoking and drinking couldn’t add drama to a boring story.

Loved it; it’s a story of the transition of a cynical man into a man opened up to love and imagination. It’s the victory of the heart over the mind, the ‘trick’ played on Colin Firth. Excellent acting, great cinematography, charming and heartwarming. Great writing too, romantic comedies don’t get much better. Congrats Woody, it’s a winner.

Nothing there! What a letdown. I can’t believe it got 4 stars.

Thought it was great. Reminded my husband and me of Midnight in Paris, another Woody Allen hit. Maybe “Midnight” is the magic word. Clever story. The last 15 minutes were a bit hookey but it still works. Very good movie and it’s nice not to see exploding heads and depressing subject matter in this current world filled with chaos.

What a classic movie. Michael was dead on. I went to the theater and saw it 4 times. Casting, scripting, acting, direction – all combined to make this movie a feast.

Typical Woody Allen… One of the most polarizing story tellers in the business. You either love him or you hate him. I can think of no one I know or even met that falls in between. As for me… I hate him. I have always understood his ironic and subtle wit… I just never thought it was funny but I understand many others do. Except for the visually exceptional cinematography and above par performances of Ms Stone and Mr Firth I would not waste the time unless you are already a Woody fan.
