"THE  FOURTH  OF  JULY"

What  does  July  four  really  mean  to  you?
I   hope   much   more  than   a   barbecue.

July  four  is,  of  course,  Independence  Day
a     Day      to    celebrate  Liberty!
a  date  when  we  state,  in  a  prayerful  way:
"We  thank  You,  God,  for  keeping  us  free!"

And  on  July  four  we  salute  all  our  vets.
They  are,  for  sure  as   good  as  it  gets!
From  the  Revolutionary  War  to  the  one  in  Iraq,
No   group   has   done  more   to   push  evil  back!
Brave  American  veterans  answered  the  call
and  fought   for  the   "Red,  White,  and  Blue."
All  veterans  gave  some  and  some  gave  all
defending   freedom  for  me   and  for  you!
Freedom  of  speech,  to  bear  arms,  of  assembly,
Freedom  of  religion,   to  vote,   to  own  property.

So,  after  the  fireworks'  colorful  glow
Don't   forget:
God,  freedom,  and  the  Vets
are  the  "Stars  of  the  show!"
