    Dear Mr. Medved,
    I’ve just gone through a terrible experience with Pro I tried to order two vases on-line, to be delivered May 9th for Mothers Day. Your code Medved indeed gives listeners a great deal. Unfortunately, I was unable to to complete the order, as I was not able to log into my PayPal account. I called Pro Flowers to order the flowers directly from them. The call took one hour! I had to repeat all my information four times. It ended up costing me about twice as much as the on-line order price.
    I thought you might want to learn of my experience. Love your show. Try never to miss it.
