Today you referred to an article in The Atlantic about liberals losing ground. I have the October and November issues here, and I don’t see the article. Was it in the online edition?

This was a brilliant move by Gov. Christie. Not only does he deliver on the “compassionate conservative” idea that can win us independents, he does it right on the heels of Hillary’s “criminal records of former presidents” comment trying to persuade (who exactly?…) the she and the DNC are compassionate.
I’ve been waffling between three of the GOP candidates, but this may just seal the deal and put me in for Christie.
On your (Medved) show you asked the audience to think about who they can SEE as president… Christie’s the answer and perhaps the only one. (Christie Rubio 2016!)

This was very good, Andy. But I can’t go along with a Rubio as Vice President. I can see Carly there, but Rubio is Presidential material. If Christie is our candidate, I will enthusiastically vote for him. I live in Jersey, and believe that he is basically the best we can get, considerate the predilections of the people who share the state with me.
But I still have to go with Marco Rubio as my first choice.

I (very much) like Senator Rubio and (as he is not seeking re-election for his seat), believe he is far too important to the conservative movement to see him “sit out” for 4-8 years if Christie (or anyone else, for that matter) were to be the nominee. This is one of the key reasons I would include him on the ticket with Gov. Christie.
Rubio doesn’t seem as “natural” when he speaks, and I don’t know that he’ll connect with people the way Christie does (e.g. this video). Having him on the ticket would also assist with messaging to some minorities, and provide him with a level of executive leadership experience (however minimal), that should make him a very formidable candidate in the NEXT election cycle (Rubio Ryan 2024!)
It’s all just my opinion at this point in time… thanks for replying.

I could not agree more with these comments. Politics aside, we need the GOP to begin thinking like this. As a nation we are in the dark ages about this issue

I think Christie would make a great President and I agree with everything he had do say

I’m frightened with the thought of Trump being elected. Would love to see Rubio as Christie’s
    Vice-President.
