Thank you for posting the video. Please have someone or post some update on how Michael is doing, and where, process wise, he is in his treatment. We care. Thank you.

So amazing to finally have news of Michael. I pray for him every day, and, like so many, I just want to hear that he is getting better. Michael, we love you, we miss you, you are in our hearts.

The Medved Pot Smoker’s Medley is only convincing when played independently to support your belief in the effects of marijuana versus alcohol, but if you were to be fair and balanced, then the next time someone brings up alcohol versus marijuana, play some interviews with some drunks talking like Foster Brooks’ drunken man character, have listeners view sobriety checkpoint footage showing the effects of being drunk, or talk to someone who can’t remember the night before. Then you will see the difference of marijuana versus alcohol. Not all pot smokers sound like Jeff Spicoli, nor does all drunks sound like Otis, but alcohol is more likely to be the cause of domestic violence, sexual assault, or death. Be honest in your comparisons.

To the one person who is off-topic, I’ll return to the topic.

Everyone should know that people walk away from cancer all the time.

I had stage 3 cancer on the left side of my throat, nine years ago. I had daily radiation and weekly chemo, and followed it all up with surgery Now I’m fully recovered and nine years healthy.

I was so pleased to hear an update on you today. I think of you and Diane so often; I know she has played an indispensable role in your recovery. I got a little nervous this week because of the reruns (my husband came home & said “Michael’s back!” & I had to explain that the show was a rerun), your brother’s comment that you were starting to eat again (That really scared me …….. “How long has it been since he’s eaten?!?!?” was my obvious thought), and how little we were being told about how you’re doing. So, THANK YOU for your update, for I am now more optimistic that we shall have your voice and spirit with us eventually. Please take the time you need to get your strength back – we’ll even take you in “tiny bites” ( 1 hour working up to 2 and eventually making it to 3). No hurry, especially if it means many more years of the M Medved show. We love you dearly and miss you much; there’s just no one like you out there. So relieved to get the news from you today!

Michael, we are all looking forward to enjoying your intelligent and thoughtful commentary on current events and on the principles that will help freedom thrive. I join those of us who believe in prayer for G-d to strengthen, provide for and heal you! Aleichem Shalom!

I’m not a regular listener to Michael’s show as I live in Connecticut. But while traveling to NYC I always listen to him and enjoy his broadcast very much. Knew something was wrong but didn’t know until listening today just what it was. My prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time. I just lost my Bay area cousin to cancer last week. Get well soon Michael! We need your voice and wisdom back on the radio.

Michael, I miss hearing your thoughtful commentary on the radio. I hope and pray you have a speedy and complete recovery.

Michael….I got so happy hearing your voice today, then realized it was one of your great repeats. I like the people that have been filling in, but there is nobody like you.

You are lucky to have such a wonderful, supportive, beautiful wife. Very nice video, and all your listeners and well wishers appreciate it.

I was very ill one year ago….very, very bad virus. Not as bad as E Coli, but near. I couldn’t eat for weeks and it was rough. I found that the product Muscle Milk was a near miracle. I had lost about 25 lbs (already kind of on the thin side, so this was a bad problem)….my husband would put it in the freezer until it was slushy…the chocolate was pretty tasty. I could only take about 1 container a day at first, but eventually worked my way up to 4, then after a week or two moved on to those rough things like jello, tapioca, etc. The day I asked for mashed potatoes, my husband ran out and got KFC mashed potatoes, WITH GRAVY. Not exactly healthy (or real food), but it was beyond delicious. This coming from quite the foodie!

Just take it easy and try to eat. It is probably the most important thing after you have the illness on the run.

Oh, and btw, just heard that you support the National Parks. Have you thought of having the guy on that wrote the book Missing 411 (think that’s the name)? He is a GREAT INTERVIEW and the subject matter is compelling. You probably know him by his Big Foot connection. It would be so great to hear you interview him!

    Take care and EAT!

We miss you and love you, Michael. Take care of yourself and may God grant you a supernatural healing. Blessings to you and to Diane as well. Praying for strength for all of you. You are loved!

I knew rolling those “R’s” was going to catch up with you. Just focus – like a laser beam – on getting better. We are all pulling for you and preying for you !!

  13. Annie  •  Mar 30, 2015 at 4:18 pm

We love you very much! Thanks for that video of your cards, we will continue to pray for your complete recovery!!!

  14. Patty  •  Mar 31, 2015 at 11:59 pm

Miss you Michael, very very much. Can’t wait until your back on the air, in the mean time take care of yourself. Diane, take care of yourself too, caregiving is hard work, even though you would never have it any other way.

  15. Susanne Keller  •  Apr 2, 2015 at 11:14 pm

Michael, now that I know the reason for your absence from radio, I promise to pray for your speedy recovery everyday. I’m sorry this had to happen to you, such a wonderful asset to society, generous, fair minded, insightful, and valued opinion maker. Get well! This great green earth needs you! Susanne

Michael, I am an intermittent listener to your show. After months of listening to your hosts who have filled in for you, and, by the way, have done a great job, I found your website. I will pray for your recovery, and for your family and medical team in their care for you. I look forward to your return to the airwaves, in your own time, and hearing you say “this greatest nation on God’s green earth”. May God bless you and give you inner peace.

  17. Pat  •  Apr 17, 2015 at 7:30 pm

I have listened to you EVERY day since the 2000 Bush recount fiasco. You greatly influence my life. My father passed from a type of throat cancer (he got it from chewing tobacco and alcoholism), and I miss him. I really think you will fare much better, being that your in better shape (healthier lifestyle) then he was, and you wont (and you never started to) continue drinking and chewing tobacco. You are only incorrect about Bigfoot (are you kidding me), certain aspects of Evolution/Intelligent design, and Halloween (listen to your wife). By the way, I don’t think this nation could survive a Bush/Clinton campaign, as the plutocracy, and nepotism would make me leave the box for president empty (unless I was in a swing state, of course).

So good to hear your voice on the radio today. Hopefully you will be back full time soon. I will keep you in my prayers.

It was so heartening to hear you today on your show after the brief interview the day before. Know that there is much affection from listeners like me. We are your radio family. God’s blessings and best wishes for continued progress in your recovery, sir!

As one cancer survivor (malignant brain tumor 18 years ago) to another, you are doning the right thing by getting back to work on your show. Continue to focus on faith, family and work.

I have appricated you and listened for many years (back when Danny was in Grade school) and before that with you and Mr. Lyons on “Sneak Previews.”

Remember you are now in the “club” of survivors who need to reach out to each other. Thanks for what you do everyday, via radio and articles, for our country.

Enjoy (and savour)your day my friend.
